Manage PC Renewal projects for Dell for large manufacturing customers. the CRG planner Will have overall responsibility for managing deployments for projects in the following region: EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa). Total deployment quantities: Up to 2000 units/month. May manage deployments up to 25 different sites in a given month.
The CRG Planner/Scheduler will:
- Communicate closely with and report directly to the Deployment manager
Enter Work Orders for Procurement (as required by Region/Project)
- Manage PC Renewal Deployment Projects including:
- Manage the INI process
- Manage CRG process for projects
- Enter Staging Requests as needed
- Enter asset movement requests as needed
- Enter Millwright Maximos as needed
- Prepare Project Schedules/Time Slots/Technician quantities in DWPA
- Send Scheduling notices
- Schedule old asset pickups as needed
Profil recherché
Experience: 3+ years working in an IT Environment
Fluent in German
Fluent in English
Basic understanding of IT Project Management principles
and techniques.
Basic ability to manage change and engage team members.
Basic ability to provide direction and leadership to others.
