1. Supervises and coordinates the preparation of forms, documents and formats in relation to Contract planning, formation and negotiation.
2. Ensure proper administration, issuance, evaluation and documentation of contract activities.
3. Prepares, directs and monitors contracting policies and procedures.
4. Monitors project performance to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations and the terms and conditions of the Contract.
5. Identifies potential problem areas as early as possible, and resolve them.
6. Manages contract plan preparation to include the development of schedules, preparation of lists of potential qualified contractors including the preparation of bidder's lists for individual Contracts.
7. Sets up the commercial management system, staff training and development.
