1. Supervises and coordinates the preparation of forms, documents and formats in relation to Contract planning, formation and negotiation.
2. Ensure proper administration, issuance, evaluation and documentation of contract activities.
3. Prepares, directs and monitors contracting policies and procedures.
4. Monitors project performance to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations and the terms and conditions of the Contract.
5. Identifies potential problem areas as early as possible, and resolve them.
6. Manages contract plan preparation to include the development of schedules, preparation of lists of potential qualified contractors including the preparation of bidder's lists for individual Contracts.
7. Sets up the commercial management system, staff training and development.

Civil Engineer - SepcoIII Electric Power Contruction Corportation

1. Supervises, assigns work, sets work priorities, evaluates and trains civil technical and engineering personnel.
2. Maintain liaison with design and drafting groups conforming to the relevant legislation, management system, and client contractual requirements in relation to projects.
3. Implements project design reviews, as required to give assurance of quality engineering, conformance with the project definition and compliance with the regulatory requirements.
4. Monitors the preparation of discipline work plans and implementation of the engineering/purchasing schedules and cost estimates.
5. Analyzes and documents engineering practices, manpower expenditure and costs related to the experience and performance of the projects.
6. Creates and maintain up-to-date procedures, engineering calculations, specifications, topical reports and related data files, ensuring quality & timely preparation of these and Management presentations, as and when required.
7. Acts as a source of technical discipline knowledge for the Project Directors, Managers, Project Engineering Managers and Supervising Discipline Engineers by assisting them in establishing the design basis, procedures and technical approach to be followed including responding to mechanical technical queries.
8. Directs and implements the development of engineering standards ensuring compliance with local laws on engineering practice.
